Triggr Members

When you initially joined up to become a member you opted in to receiving messages from us to the telephone number you provided in order to update you with shoot timings, offers and important notifications. You may opt out of this service at anytime.

The data we hold is your name, telephone number and, in some cases, email address. We will continue to hold this data either until such time you inform us that you would like to cancel your membership or until such time we choose to delete it.

Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your direct instruction, this includes Firearms Licensing Departments. From time to time Firearms Licensing Departments contact us about club members, current shooters and past shooters e.g. as part of the Shotgun Certificate application or renewal processes. We do not discuss anything with these departments without the express permission of the individual they wish to speak about.

Triggr Rankings

Triggr Rankings are uploaded to the internet and are considered to be publicly available as they will have been indexed by search engines as well as on-line archive sites. If you do not wish to feature in future Triggr Ranking lists you should no longer submit your scores and ask us to remove you from our rankings going forward.

Triggr Ranking Shoots and Competitions

Triggr Ranking Shoots and competitions are public sporting events that may be reported on by us, the media or the general public.

Voucher orders

When you place an order on triggr.co.uk, over the phone or in person, for a voucher you become a current customer. You remain a current customer for 12 months, after which time, if not before, we will delete all your personal information from our systems. The data we hold is your name, telephone number and, in some cases, email address and physical address.

We use Stripe as our online payment processor and Worldpay over the phone and offline for debit card, credit card, Apple Pay and Android Pay. These organisations may be legally required to hold your data to adhere to Know Your Customer and money laundering legislation, you should view their respective Privacy Notices for more information.

We do not send marketing emails or make marketing calls. We do not share your information. We may get in touch with you to discuss bookings.

Private bookings

When you make a private booking for a clay shooting lesson or experience either using triggr.co.uk, over the phone or in person, you become a current customer.
